Texwipe AlphaMop™ TX7118M Microdenier Mop Covers and Polyester Pads are replacement components for the AlphaMop TX7108 cleaning system. The microdenier fabric picks up particles and distributes cleaning solutions, while the pad cushions the cover against the cleaning surface. This set supports cleaning of cleanroom walls, ceilings and floors.
Material/Structure
- Mop covers made from 100% polyester microdenier fabric
- Cushioning pads made from 100% nonwoven polyester
- Designed for the TX7108 AlphaMop system with a 15 × 8-inch mop head; this is the head size, not a measured cover dimension
- Covers supplied in double bags; 25 covers and one pad per bag, six bags per case
- Case contains 150 covers and six pads; mop handle and head are separate
- Non-sterile
Cleanroom Environment
- Texwipe lists this cover for ISO Class 3–7 environments. Follow the facility’s approved cleaning process and chemical compatibility requirements.
